This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding legal agreement between you (“User”) and the developer of Soap Slicer ASMR (“Developer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using Soap Slicer ASMR (“App”), you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. LICENSE GRANT - We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple device that you own or control.
2. RESTRICTIONS - You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or sell the App.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY - The App and all related content are owned by the Developer and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
4. ADVERTISEMENTS - The App displays banner and interstitial advertisements powered by Google AdMob.
5. DISCLAIMER - THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY - The Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. APPLE TERMS - This Agreement is between you and the Developer only, not Apple. Apple is a third-party beneficiary.

Information We Collect - Soap Slicer ASMR stores gameplay data (statistics, badges, streaks, preferences) locally on your device using Apple’s standard storage. This data is NOT transmitted to any external server.
Advertising - The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google AdMob may collect device identifiers (IDFA when authorized), IP address, general location data, and app usage data. You can opt out of personalized ads through iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

Data Sharing - We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to third parties except as described in the Advertising section.
Children’s Privacy - The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Data Retention - All data is stored locally. Uninstalling the App deletes all stored data.
