By downloading, installing, or using On the Dot ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
On the Dot is a free precision-timing game that challenges users to stop a timer as close to a target time as possible. The App includes three game modes: Challenge, Guess the Second, and Practice.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device that you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
The App is free and supported by advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the App, you agree to the display of advertisements. Ad content is provided by third parties and we do not endorse or guarantee any advertised products or services.
All content, design, graphics, and code in the App are the property of Daniel Hong and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Daniel Hong shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease.
We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective when posted within the App and on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
